User Account
A user account must be activated via the email activation screen Account Activation. This synchronises the email password with the neo system password.

System access is via this site at the top left hand side or by clicking on this link NEO LOGIN.

Access
Access to neo funtionality must be authorised and granted by the relevant systems administrator. Please complete the form: User Access form

Password Changes
For security reasons it is important that your password be reset every 45 days. Password changes are effected via the email Account Activation screen. This also resets your email password.
