Where can I access User guides about Neo functions? How do I get Access? All staff (including casuals) are able to access Neo remotely. You simply need your Neo user ID and password. There is no need to apply for an account. How do I get a password for Neo Contact the IT Support Centre on 02 9514 2222 (x 2222). How can I access Neo remotely? Visit the UTS homepage here and select the HR Payroll & Finance system from the Quicklinks menu, you will see the remote menu item on the left hand side. You can also enter in the URL directly if you bookmark it on your web browser with the following address http://www.Neo.uts.edu.au/about/index.html A User Guide is available to assist you with this process. Is it secure to access Neo remotely? Yes, you can only access it with your personal Neo ID and password. This site has been set up specifically for security of your Neo account and access. Neo will not work with my IE browser. Make sure that you have the correct version IE 5.5 SP2. You will need to ensure that your pop-ups are enabled in the browser on the computer you are using. When is it accessible? Between the hours of 8am and 8pm EST. What Browser is it compatible with? Internet Explorer version 5.5 SP2. Neo and the VPN will not work with any other browser type. If you have issues with logging into Neo remotely, ensure that you have read the user guide and FAQ, if you still require assistance contact IT Support Centre on 02 9514 2222 (xt2222).
