Before you log into neo for the first time you will need to activate your account, this process need only be completed once, prior to logging in for the first time.

Click on the below account activation link which will synchronise your webmail and neo log in. After you have completed the activation your neo and webmail passwords will be the same. Your neo username is your staff ID.
